A 6-week group workshop (starting Feb 2022) to build your sustainable marketing ecosystem with guidance and support.

It’s funny how even though we know “our thing” so well, we’re really bad at putting the words and visuals in place to communicate it.

I can’t tell you how many brands I come across that leave me confused about what they do or overwhelmed by noisy and inconsistent designs.

  • Messaging is often vague and uninspiring.
  • Branding is usually noisy and cluttered.
  • Marketing is typically bloated and passive.

But it’s not their fault! They’re coaches and creators, not marketing experts, designers, branding professionals, or copywriters.

The entrepreneurial path often requires us to wear way too many hats. You can’t possibly be really good at all of them.

Either you’re unable to earn their attention, hold their attention, or move them through the conversion process.

transform your brand from 🤨💩 to 😮🙌

Most brands are either too airy-fairy or too robotic.

You’re either confused and overwhelmed by the vagueness or turned off by how templated it sounds.

You likely need to focus on one of the two…

  • Extract the human-ness out of your robotic brand (too masculine)
  • Build structure around a baseless brand (too feminine)

Too masculine

With all the courses, programs, templates, and formulas out there, it’s easy for us to end up sounding a bit robotic and blending in with all the other Canva templates out there.

This sucks the magic out of your brand. It can be helpful to give you some guidelines so you’re not starting from scratch, but many of us go too far and rely on templates and scripts to do our marketing, messaging, and branding.

Too feminine

We are the most passionate (hopefully) about our brand, product, ideas, and vision. So we’re often confused when others don’t understand it.

“Why aren’t people as psyched about this as I am!?”

You spend days writing and designing a program, landing page, and content, but they fall on def ears.

Either you’re unable to earn their attention, hold their attention, or move them through the conversion process.

Your stuff is too broad, vague, or let’s be honest, it’s straight up cheesy!

Unfortunately, cheesy doesn’t convert. Trust me, I’ve tried. Lol

So…..how do we fix this?

Inside of MEW, we’ll figure out where you stand and what shifts need to take place.

We’ll implement them slowly so that they are sustainable.

While changing your entire brand or ecosystem overnight is cool, it’s unlikely you’ll have the time or resources to make that happen.

So we’ll do one thing at a time and ensure you’re on track before moving forward.

Sound doable?

Marketing = eliminating obscurity

The Clickfunnels craze is over. People don’t want to be pushed through a cringy funnel. Bro marketing won’t be around for much longer (not if I have anything to say about it).

What will remain are ethical, unique, creative, and heart-centered ecosystems. A corner of the internet that looks, acts, and feels like you (your brand). It clearly delivers your message and invites people in who want to be a part of the change you seek to make in the world.

People who enter your home will feel the difference. They’ll get it. They won’t feel FOMO or fake scarcity, instead they’ll feel welcome. They will want to stay.

Marketing is relationships. It’s human. And human relationships are not linear or incremental. Our marketing should adapt to the human relationship, not the other way around.

Ultimately, this is what will drive sales. Not psychological copy tricks, not countdown timers, not 50,000-word sales pages, not steep discounts, or one time offers.

This will result in more clients, more sales, and a sustainable business. But it’s not for everyone. So, if this resonates, keep scrolling 🙂

We’re so focused on awareness, that we forget about being memorable. If they resonate today, will they resonate tomorrow?

Hi.

If you’re here, traditional marketing is not your thing.

Funnel templates, fake scarcity, and webinars make you cringe as much as me.

You’re over the high-ticket ‘programs’ that teach you stuff you already know.

You’re overwhelmed by all the marketing fluff out there.

You’re unclear on your marketing plan.

You’re current marketing ecosystem is either non-existent or unorganized…or not working!

And you’re sick of reading 50,000 word sales pages.

So…

I’m not going to do that to you (or me).

Instead, I’ll keep this short and sweet.

What’s the difference between a Funnel and an Ecosystem?

Marketing is relationships. It’s human. And human relationships are not linear or incremental. Our marketing should adapt to the human relationship, not the other way around. Traditional funnels can provide some structural integrity, but they are missing some key components.

Sales funnel: the marketing term for the journey potential customers go through on the way to a purchase. It’s an attempt to predict the buyer’s behavior along a finite customer journey. It’s often automated and sales-focused.

Marketing ecosystem: A sustainable and ethical marketing cycle made up of symbiotic marketing components that aim to give people all the information required to make a confidence decision. It mimics human behavior, which is often unique for every prospect. It’s a safe, involved, and adaptable conversion experience

Anatomy of the Workshop

On Feb 1st, 2022, the doors will close and we’ll decide on the best day / time of the week for the group calls.

This is a 6 week group workshop via zoom along with a community for ongoing support.

Each call will allot for at least 15m of Q&A.

WK 0 – Welcome + Intention setting call
WK 1 – Way of the Superior Brand
WK 2 – Minimalist Marketing Plan
WK 3 – Architect your Ecosystem
WK 4 – Build your Ecosystem
WK 5 – Build your Ecosystem
WK 6 – Audit + tweak + test + next steps

Get directions, and you’ll get lost.

Get a compass, and you’ll find your way.

It’s a good fit if you’re a…

  • Coach, healer, or creator who has some momentum, but needs an ethical marketing ecosystem that attracts, connects with, and invites in the right clients.

  • Someone who falls more on the introverted, energetically sensitive, creative side of the spectrum.

  • Someone who’s turned off by most of the marketing ‘tactics’ out there.

  • Someone who gets burned out and overwhelmed easily.

  • Someone who is anti-hustle culture. Someone who would rather work efficiently / effectively rather than work hard and grind.

  • Someone who cares about ethical marketing and wants to grow a thriving business in a way that feels good.

Some Clients I've worked with

Hi, I’m Miles. We probably already know each other 🙂 But just in case…

I’m a markitect (marketing architect) and builder. Think strategy + infrastructure. I’ve been doing it for 7+ years.

I build websites, landing / sales pages, brandkit, marketing plans, funnel blueprints, and tie it all together into a sustainable marketing ecosystem.

Marketing used to turn me off. Years ago, I quit the marketing game completely. Until, I learned that it wasn’t marketing that sucked, it was Bro marketing and manipulate tactics.

I’m now on a super fun journey exploring ethical, sustainable marketing and how we can build systems to hold it.

Hugs 🙂

questions we’ll answer

  • Is there a healthy ratio of automation vs personalization that can truly enable me to create ethical marketing while scaling my business?
  • What’s the most sustainable marketing practice for someone with low energy?
  • What other ways can I grow if I don’t love social media?
  • What should I do if I have a small email list?
  • What’s the first low hanging fruit of marketing “tasks” to start a heart-centered marketing journey?
  • How do I get organized and stay consistent with my marketing?
  • How do I make my branding consistent?
  • How do I create a message that’s simple, clearly understood, and drives sales?

You’ve got Two Options

The biggest obsticle to decicivness and purchase is no longer “awareness”, it’s overwhelm.

You can no longer differentiate just with better copy, branding, or offers, you need to create a better / safer / more involved / more adaptable conversion experience

Some of what you’ll learn…

  • How to build a superior brand that stands out.
  • How to create a marketing plan custom to you. One that works and feels good.
  • How to build ethical marketing funnels.
  • How to build a sustainable ecosystem that will hold everything in place.
  • How to build deep relationships with your people.
  • How to go deeper with everyone who enters your ecosystem so you don’t have to focus on quantity.
  • How to have fun with your marketing.
  • How to leverage simple systems and automation without losing intimacy.
  • How to create content that resonates with your people.
  • How to stay consistent.
  • How to collaborate with others in order to grow.
  • How to make the change you want to see in the world (and what that change is).
  • How to do ethical marketing.
  • How to spot and avoid bro marketing – and how to unlearn bro marketing habits (we all have ’em).
  • How to choose the right marketing tools.
  • How to create a unique onboarding experience for your clients.
  • How to track, organize, and stay on top of everything.
  • How to do inside out marketing.

In one session together I was able to unpack some of my own resistances surrounding my business and ecosystem. I felt empowered with where my focus is going with my business come 2021 and I can’t thank Miles enough for giving me the compassionate push that I needed to give myself permission to run my business in a way that feels authentic to me. If you are considering working with Miles, do it! You won’t regret it. – Jess Palmer

Before my session with Miles, I was floundering. I felt so all over the place and unstructured. During our session, we honed in on what I was actually excited about but had been neglecting and building a roadmap for me to thrive in my business. The layout and the vision he brought to my business has been eye-opening. I now give my energy and time to what excites me, because of the heart funnel blueprint I have seen more ease in my day, more joy in creating and I’m finally supporting my ideal clients. – Kelsi Ludvigsen

Somehow through my one session with you, I was more fired up, more accountable for my biz and more committed than ever. I saw how your healthy and divine masculine leadership inspired me in ways I hadn’t experienced in the entrepreneurial world. – Liz Lalor

I booked a call with Miles because I was looking for support with my marketing approach and feeling a bit lost with how to have an effective funnel. I left the call with a greater sense of clarity and confidence around my approach. Miles went above and beyond to make sure I got all of my questions answered, without rushing the process. I appreciated his unique lens on how to make the marketing funnel an easeful process that feels authentically aligned. I’m also very grateful for his heart-centered approach, which is hard to find in this industry! – Ariel Naftali

Miles is an amazing person to collaborate with to enhance your brand’s message. The exchange in cost for this brand kit was the best marketing dollars we’ve ever spent. Whilst working with Miles we @TeamSatoCO were able to join together to uncover our company’s look and feel through his wide knowledge of branding. In addition, we integrated thoughtful iconography and give our company a refreshed foundation to build from. I would highly recommend Miles’s heart-centered approach to business and innovative approach to marketing.

– Steve Sato (Brandkit)

Before + after M.E.W.

Simplicity, focus, structure, and organization are all essential for brand success.

After MEW (Marketing Ecosystem Workshop), you’ll have clarity around your brand, your marketing plan, your funnels, your emails, your social media content, and everything else that makes up your unique marketing ecosystem.

While no two marketing ecosystems are the same, we’ll follow frameworks to keep up on track and moving in the right direction.

Marketing is not about grabbing attention, it’s about holding it. It’s not about who arrives, it’s about who stays. – Jay Acunzo

FAQ

The best tool is the one you’ll use, efficiently. I will make recommendations based on your needs and tech skills. You can also use the tools that currently work for you. There is always the option to hire someone to do the building for you as well so you can focus on the strategy, creating content, and writing copy.

I would allocate 2-5 hours per week not including the 45m-75m zoom calls.

I like having skin in the game. So, if you’re not seeing the value after the 3rd week, you can request a 50% refund, no questions asked.

Anywhere from 4 to 8 awesome people.

Since this workshop will be small and intimate, we’ll have time on each call for  Q&A. We’ll also be using voxer to connect, get feedback, share results, celebrate wins, and ask for support. But if you feel you want more 1-1 support, sign up for the Heart 2 Heart package which includes 3 1 on 1 coaching calls and an extra audit.

You’ll be equipped with a simple marketing plan that aligns with your new ecosystem. Your next step is staying consistent, tracking your results, and potentially growing (virtual assistant, OBM etc). The community will continue after the workshop for ongoing support from other members.
