Outsource your Belief

The mind is the most underrated and underutilized tool in human history.

You could argue that we’re just slowly devolving into content consuming convenience fanatics obsessed with making life as easy and comfortable as possible until we dissolve into lifeless machines.

Don’t worry, I’ll pull you back up out of doom in gloom in a second 🙂

Netflix, amazon, TikTok, Door Dash…it takes extreme focus and effort not to slip into it.

Capitalism, corporate greed, consumerism, the Matrix. We can point the finger all we want, but we’re the only ones who can fix it.

Your mind is being exploited. Your attention, A.D.D., and cerebellum are being manipulated and monetized.

But you have the power.

If you’ve read any of Joe Dispenza’s work (or the like), you know what I’m talking about.

You can literally learn to play the piano just by visualizing it. You can heal your body and remove disease just by thinking about it. You can grow new neurons and use quantum physics to manifest whatever we want. This is science, not magic.

Just like you can tell your mind it’s dumb and won’t amount to anything, you can also tell it to be a genius.

But we have a hard time with this for some reason.

It’s hard to believe until you experience it for yourself.

So here’s my suggestion to get the ball rolling.

Outsource your belief to someone else.

If you don’t believe it, find someone who does, and believe them.

The only reason I still write this newsletter is because a handful of people have told me it’s good and I need to keep doing it…and I believe them.

I know people who accredit their tremendous success in life to being “hypnotized for success” at a young age.

Someone told them they were bound to be successful – their biology followed suit.

Crazy right?!

How would their life have turned out if they never got hypnotized?

They may not have believed it, but they believed in the hypnosis/hypnotist enough for it to sink in.

I have a few people in my life that I trust to tell me the absolute truth about my abilities/skills/strengths/weaknesses/blind spots.

When I’m down in the mind gutter, I outsource my belief to them — and I believe them.

Give it a try and let me know what happens.
